Hi, I’m Hardik Sutari.
I don’t really like talking too much about myself, but this page needs some context, so here it is.
I’m a web developer and product builder. I studied Aircraft Maintenance Engineering, but over time I realised that building things on the web is what I genuinely enjoy doing.
I like understanding how systems work, breaking problems down, and creating something useful from scratch.
I come from Vadhavan, a small and remote area in Dahanu taluka.
Like many kids, when I was asked what I wanted to become, I said “engineer” without thinking much about it.
Once I said it, I decided to take it seriously.
That decision eventually took me to Pune, where I completed my engineering studies.
During my first year of engineering, I got my first laptop.
That changed my routine completely.
While most of my friends used their free time to go out, I spent a lot of time experimenting with computers, websites, and software- mostly learning by trying, failing, and trying again.
That habit of building things slowly led to MajhiNaukri.in a platform focused on providing clear and reliable information about government jobs.
I didn’t start it as a startup.
I built it because people around me needed that information, and I knew I could organise it better.
Seeing thousands of users benefit from it is still the most satisfying part of my work.
I’ve always enjoyed explaining things and helping others understand something new.
Whether it’s through a website, a tool, or a simple solution, making someone’s work easier gives me real satisfaction.
I plan to keep building practical, honest digital products
things that are simple, useful, and meant for real people, not just metrics.
I’m still learning. Probably always will be.
